India A began their campaign in ACC Men’s Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2023 on Friday (July 14) against United Arab Emirates A. Several highly-rated youngsters, who are likely to become key players for Team India in the future, have been named in the India A squad.
One of those players is Delhi’s Harshit Rana. The highly-rated fast-bowler has caught everyone’s attention with his pace. He grabbed the limelight last year when Kolkata Knight Riders signed him as a replacement player for the injured Rasikh Salam. He went on to make his IPL debut for the franchise last year.

A few days later, the youngster made his first-class debut for Delhi against Assam in the 2022–23 Ranji Trophy and was also retained by Kolkata Knight Riders for IPL 2023.
