Aakash Chopra schooled a Twitter user after the latter posted a derogatory tweet for the former India opener. One of the most popular commentators in the country at present, Aakash Chopra is highly active on Twitter and gives his opinions on almost all the issues.

And unsurprisingly, not all of his opinions go down well with everyone. Something similar happened on Thursday when Aakash Chopra took to Twitter to express his surprise over Karnataka High Court’s recent verdict on a rape case. Taking a dig at the judgement as well as the judge, Aakash Chopra tweeted:

“WTF. Seriously?? They say don’t judge anyone….but in this case, we must. I mean when the Judge of the High Court himself is behaving like a ………..”

But one of his followers did not like that tweet and decided to speak his mind out. The user asked Aakash Chopra to stick to cricket while stating that he and others don’t subscribe his social media profiles for political views. Not only that, he also took a dig at Aakash Chopra’s batting average, tweeting:

“Aabe aakash Chopra stick to cricket. We don’t subscribe to see ur political views. Batting average kitni thi?”

Aakash Chopra noticed the tweet and decided to reply to it. He hilariously told the user that his money would be refunded for subscribing to his Twitter profile, writing:

“Sir, if you’re following me for my Batting Average, you shouldn’t have followed me at all. Also, you can get your money refunded for subscribing to me on Twitter.”

Aakash Chopra, meanwhile, played 10 Test matches during the 2003-04 season. In his Test career, he scored 437 runs at an average of 23. The former Delhi Ranji team captain scored both his half-centuries against New Zealand at Mohali. However, he had a stunning career in domestic cricket, having scored 10,839 runs from 162 first-class matches with 29 centuries and a highest score of 301.
