AB de Villiers Likely to Become Part of Pakistan Super League

After making his debut in 2004, the former South Africa skipper, AB de Villiers has been a poster boy in the game of cricket. Nicknamed as ‘Mr 360’, Abraham Benjamin de Villiers has been dynamic and phenomenal with his bat. Now, the Pakistan Super League is all likely to bag his services in some capacity.
Whenever South African batters struggled to put runs on the board, it was ABD who carved for a different route. His swashbuckling attitude always puts down the morale of opposition in the need of the hour. However, when it comes to most loved cricketers on the globe, there is no second opinion that Ab de Villiers tops the list. Owing to his humble nature, he has been an iconic player for more than a decade now.
Over the years, de Villiers had hit around 19,000 runs across all formats. Apart from slamming 47 centuries collectively, he has 109 half-centuries for the Proteas as well. For a while now, AB de Villiers is a crucial member of global leagues around the world. The star-studded player is a regular member of Indian Premier League and Caribbean Premier League.
In the latest development, the former South African cricketer is likely to become the part of Pakistan Super League now. PSL, who is in its baby stages compared to IPL took many innovative steps to match the stardom of the lucrative league.
Similarly, de Villiers is the brand ambassador of the new league of United Arab Emirates namely T20X that will take place in December. On its official Twitter handle, Pakistan Super League tweeted it has a surprise package for its fans.
The Tweet reads as –

In the meantime, the tweet went viral, and guesswork started to galore. In the tweet, a box is visible with two digit number ’17’ inscribed on it. AB de Villiers who has the same jersey number is likely to be that pick.
