LSG vs RCB: Watch - Rajat Patidar Smashes Ravi Bishnoi For 26 Runs In An Over

The Eliminator match of the IPL 2022 saw some sparks flying from the bat of Rajat Patidar as his Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) clashed with Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on May 25, 2022.
The winner of this clash will face off against Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the qualifier 2 which will be played on May 27 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad and then the winner of that match will face Gujarat Titans (GT) in the final of the IPL 2022 on May 27, also to be played in Ahmedabad.
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) captain KL Rahul started off on a good foot, winning the toss and choosing to bowl first. Dushmantha Chameera replaced Jason Holder and Krunal Pandya was back in the XI replacing K Gowtham. For RCB, there Mohammed Siraj was back in the playing XI for the big match.
Faf du Plessis got out for a golden duck, while Virat Kohli looked good for his 25 runs, adding 66 runs for the second wicket with Rajat Patidar. Patidar continued to smash the LSG bowlers to all parts of the Eden Gardens as he completed an excellent century in 49 balls with 6 sixes and 11 fours to his name.
Dinesh Karthik joined him in the carnage as well but Patidar was particularly savage on Ravi Bishnoi in the 16th over.
3 Sixes, 2 Fours, 27 Runs As Rajat Patidar Tears Ravi Bishnoi Apart In A Stunning Assault
Bishnoi was brought on by KL Rahul to bowl the 16th over and Karthik took a single the first ball, bringing Patidar on the crease and he unleashed a stunning assault. Bishnoi was hit for 3 sixes and 2 fours in the next 5 balls alternately and went for 27 runs.
Bishnoi finished with figures of 1/45 in 4 overs as Patidar marched towards his century.
