Meanwhile, the Indian vice-captain Rohit in the white-ball form is one of India’s best batsman.

Rohit has 1,949 T20I runs under his belt. Thus, the right-hander is 51 runs away from the landmark of 2,000 T20I runs.

The stylish right-hander had scored a blistering knock of 97 runs in the opening match against Ireland.

However, he was demoted to the number four position when Virat Kohli and KL Rahul opened the Indian innings.

In fact, Rohit has also achieved great heights while leading the Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

However, he could not open his account in the second T20I. Thus, he failed to trouble the scorers in the final T20I.

However, Rohit was the leading run-getter in the two-match series which helped him in winning the batsman of the series award.

Consequently, Rohit Sharma will like to hit the ground running against a potent England side. There is no doubt that Rohit is one of India’s best white-ball batsmen. Thus, he would like to deliver the goods in the arduous England conditions.

India will play three T20Is, as many One-Dayers and five Test matches against England in the upcoming imperative tour.

In conclusion, the Indian team will like to be at the top of their game in the English conditions.
