Far away from the hustle and bustle of international cricket, India cricket star MS Dhoni is currently in Kashmir, serving the Indian army. MS Dhoni is serving the Territorial Army as an Honorary Lieutenant Colonel. The World Cup-winning skipper, who has been facing criticism in recent times, took a two-month break from cricket to serve the army. He was recently seen enjoying a game of volleyball with his fellow soldiers. A viral picture also showed him polishing his shoes as Dhoni continues to enjoy his life in the uniform.

Well, when Dhoni returns home he will have a beautiful gift waiting for him. Sakshi Dhoni, wife of the former India skipper, has taken care of the gift for her brave husband. Dhoni is a known automobile fanatic and Sakshi has arranged a perfect gift for him. Sakshi has revealed that the wicketkeeper-batsman’s ‘Red Beast’ has arrived at home.

Sakshi took to Instagram to share a picture of Dhoni’s new car, The Jeep Grand Cherokee. Here’s what she wrote:

“Welcome home #redbeast ! Your toy is finally here @mahi7781 really missing you!’

The latest addition has only enhanced Dhoni’s already eye-popping collection. The legendary cricketer is already the proud owner of Ferrari 599 GTO, Hummer H2, the GMC Sierra and many more. Dhoni also has a huge collection of motorbikes.

Dhoni, meanwhile, is currently stationed in Khrew in the Pulwama district of Jammu & Kashmir, along with members of his Territorial Army battalion. Reports suggest that Dhoni would unfurl the tricolour on the occasion of Independence Day in Leh in the newly-created union territory of Ladakh. Defence sources said on Thursday that Dhoni is scheduled to travel along with his regiment to Leh on August 10.

The fans will be eager to see Dhoni in action soon on the cricket field. India are set to host South Africa next month. However, with India only to play T20Is and Tests against the Proteas, it would be interesting to see whether the selectors pick him. Dhoni has already retired from Tests and is not an integral part of the T20I team.
