There is no doubt about the fact that Hardik Pandya is one of the finest fast bowling all-rounders in the world at the moment for Team India. He has been an asset for the national team ever since he made his debut a couple of years ago.
Pandya has provided India with the much-needed stability. Pandya can bowl at the brisk pace and has the ability to unsettle any batsman. He was very impressive with both bat and ball during the three-match Twenty20 International series against England.
The 24-year-old Baroda-based youngster bagged four wickets in the decider at Bristol which India won quite comprehensively in the end.
Because of his presence in the team, the captain has got the chance to change the combination of the team depending on the pitch conditions. Even in the ongoing series, he is sporting a new hairstyle. Pertinently, Wikipedia noticed this thing and corrected ‘Hairy’ with ‘Harry’.
Pandya is currently with the Indian team in England where they are competing in a three-match ODI series. India has already won the ODI series.
The ODI series levelled at one each as Pandya is expected to play a big role on Tuesday (July 16) when the two teams will lock horns in the series decider at Headingley in Leeds.
