Indian Cricket Team is all set to lock horns against Bangladesh on 2nd November (Wednesday). A win for Men in Blue would mean that they have qualified for the Semi-Finals. BCCI Chief Selector Chetan Sharma announced the squads for New Zealand and Bangladesh tours.

The Selection Panel has taken some bold decisions by not including Prithvi Shaw and Sarfaraz Khan in the squads. Both the batters have been piling on runs for their respective teams in the domestic circuit. The upcoming tours are very much pivotal to India as all the focus would be on ICC Cricket World Cup 2023.

Rahul Dravid Funny Reaction

Head Coach Rahul Dravid was seen interacting with the media ahead of the Bangladesh clash and was asked about Chetan Sharma’s comment where he said that India will win T20 WC. “I haven’t heard what he said but I’m glad that he’s confident. We need to play well to win the World Cup. We’ve started well. A little bit of a disappointing game in Perth (vs South Africa). We fought really well. A little bit of luck here and there (things could have been different). We’ve made a few mistakes as well. It’s really a question of winning the next four games to win the World Cup.” said Dravid.

Vital Match for India

India would be well aware of the fact that Bangladesh are coming back after winning a thriller against Zimbabwe. The Men in Blue at the same time have got a reality check after losing the match against South Africa where they were outplayed by South Africa.

India once again would be banking on Virat Kohli to lead the batting lineup. The management would be hoping that KL Rahul hits the purple patch as his form is nowhere great at the moment. The batter should play his natural game rather than getting into the shell as every time the middle-order batters won’t bail out the team.
