KKR vs MI: Mumbai Indians’ Predicted Playing XI Against Kolkata Knight Riders, IPL 2022, Match 14, KKR vs MI
Rohit Sharma
Rohit Sharma has not converted his starts in the two games that he played so far in IPL 2022. He has a good record against KKR and he would bank up his record to get back to scoring runs. Rohit is the only batsman with over 1000 runs against KKR in the IPL.

Ishan Kishan
Kishan is the current Orange Cap holder of IPL 2022 with 135 runs from two games. He has already scored an 81 in Mumbai’s game against Delhi Capitals. Kishan’s form is key to Mumbai’s success and he needs to get back amongst runs for his team.
Suryakumar Yadav /Anmolpreet Singh
If Suryakumar gets fit and available for the match against KKR, he will walk into the playing XI. However, if it is not the case, the Punjab batsman can get one more game. Surya was expected to play in the second match. However, the 30-year-old is still unfit and didn’t take part in the warmup session before the match.
Tilak Verma
Playing his second game, Tilak Varma scored a magnificent half-century against Rajasthan Royals. However, his knock was not enough to help his team win the match. He played with an attacking intent which should be good enough for him to keep his place in the playing XI.
Kieron Pollard
Pollard in the absence of the Pandya brothers can bat a position higher at number five. He will get some extra overs and some more time to get set before he launched an all-out attack. His lack of form in the first two games has been a concern for Mumbai Indians.
Tim David
David came into this reputation as a big hitter and a finisher. However, in the first two games, he has not lived up to his reputation. All the big-match players of Mumbai are waiting to get back into the form including David.
Daniel Sams / Fabian Allen
Sas is another quality all-rounder bagged by Mumbai Indians in the IPL. He was a touch expensive in the match against the Royals and could not contribute with the bat much. In case Mumbai look to make a change, they can include Fabian Allen in his place, He is a brilliant fielder who can bowl his four overs and tonk a few with the bat as well.
Murugan Ashwin
Murugan Ashwin will be eyeing the wicket of Andre Russell. Russell is a bit iffy at the start against spinners in general and he can hardly read leg spinners. Thus the brief from the management to Ashwin will be to take the big wicket of Andre Russell.
Jasprit Bumrah
Bumrah will lead the bowling attack for Mumbai Indians. He is not yet in the top 10 list of bowlers with most wickets. He picked up 3/17 as the other bowlers went around the park with Jos Buttler taking the skin out of the ball. Bumrah will look to get early wickets against KKR.
Jaydev Unadkat
With Basil Thampi taken to the cleaners against Rajasthan Royals, Mumbai might look to bench him against KKR. They can look to include the experienced Jaydev Unadkat or another spin option in Mayank Markande.
Tymal Mills
Mills will conclude the strongest-looking Mumbai Indians playing Xi against KKR. In the first two games, he has bowled with a lot of variations and change-ups. He is currently placed ninth in the list of top wicket-takers in IPL 2022 so far.
