The Mumbai Indians (MI) are at the bottom of the IPL 2022 points table, as per Ajay Jadeja, since they have failed to deliver as a unit.
Even though many analysts have blamed the squad’s difficulties on a poor bowling lineup, Jadeja pointed out that the team’s powerful batting unit has also failed to deliver.

Mumbai’s batting performance was thoroughly examined by Jadeja, who concluded:
“Mumbai is suffering as a squad, and Rohit Sharma has fallen short of expectations. Ishan Kishan has fantastic stats, but he has had to put in a lot of effort to get his runs. In the middle, he hasn’t looked as fluent as normal. And, with two of the engine room’s three members gone (the Pandya brothers), even Kieron Pollard is limited.”

“Suryakumar Yadav has appeared to be in fantastic shape since his arrival. Dewald Brevis has shown a positive attitude. Tilak Varma has been the most beneficial.”
Ajay Jadeja believes that MI should play for pride:
Having lost six of their last six games, Mumbai is still theoretically eligible for the IPL 2022 playoff. However, as per Ajay Jadeja, it’s a far-fetched notion. In their remaining games, he believes MI to continue to play for pride and its fans. Ajay Jadeja expressed his thoughts as follows:

“Mumbai is still in with a chance to qualify theoretically, but it will be a difficult assignment.” Still, it shouldn’t have an impact on how they play. I noticed a fan poster the other day that proclaimed, “I am a Mumbai Indians fan, not a winning Mumbai Indians.” Mumbai’s attitude has been consistent over the years. That is why they have such a devoted fan base.”
Mumbai is currently at the bottom of the IPL 2022 table, losing all six of their games. They will face arch-rivals Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Thursday (21 April), who have won only one of their six matches.
