Mumbai Indians (MI) all-rounder Kieron Pollard’s six off Chennai Super Kings (CSK) Maheesh Theekshana was caught by a fan in the stands during their game at the DY Patil Stadium on Thursday.
The ongoing match is taking place between two bottom-rung teams and the ones that have looked the weakest in the IPL 2022 season by quite a considerable margin.
While CSK has just one win in 6 games, MI has lost all 6 of their matches. They both are desperate for a win to build some momentum going into the second half of the season.

CSK put MI in to bat first and Rohit Sharma and co. were struggling once again. They were down 2/2 and it soon became 85/5, with Pollard the new man walking in.
He began with a lucky four and followed it up with a massive six off Lankan spinner, Theekshana. The ball flew into the long-on stands where a fan held on to the catch cleanly.
