Lucknow Super Giants face Rajasthan Royals in their next game and are on a three-match winning streak. The match will be played at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai on Sunday, April 10,  from 7.30 pm IST. Their latest win was against Delhi Capitals where they chased down 150 for victory.

RCB vs MI Dream11 Prediction

They have played some good cricket thus far and their players have produced some consistent performances. They will have Marcus Stoinis available for selection from their next game onwards. This means Evin Lewis is the likely player to be benched on Stoinis’ return.

The southpaw produced an unbeaten 55 in Luckinow’s win against CSK where they chased down 211 for victory. Ahead of Lucknow’s next game against the Royals, we take a look at their probable playing XI for the crucial game.

Lucknow Super Giants skipper KL Rahul is sixth on the list of run-scorers in IPL 2022 and scored a good-looking 24 against Delhi Capitals. He was involved in a 73-run opening stand with Quinton de Kock who scored 80 to win the game against Delhi. Rahul has already scored a half-century this season so far.

Along with KL Rahul, Quinton de Kock is the other batting pillar of the side. He scored an 80 against Delhi in a winning cause. He is looking in the form of his life at the moment and Luckow would hope that it continues.

If Stoinis is available for selection, Lewis is the man who has to, unfortunately, miss out. However, if the team management does not want to change the winning combination, Lewis will get another game. Stoinis’s all-round game will be a factor in his selection. He was one of the three drafts picks for Lucknow ahead of the mega auction.

Deepak Hooda

Hooda’s form has been a real bonus for the Lucknow side. Time and again in this season, he has walked in and changed the course of the game. His contribution with the bat has been match-turning and he has given bowled a few good overs as well. He will slot in at number four.

Krunal Pandya

Senior Pandya will slot in at number five in the batting order. He has been making some useful scores and handy contributions with the ball as well. He scored 19 off 14 against Delhi and took his side home.

Ayush Badoni

Badoni has been the find of the tournament so far. Since his half-century in the first game, he has been unbeaten in his next three innings and has played a match-winning knock. He scored 10 off three balls including a four and a six against a side that rejected him during trials ahead of IPL 2022.

Jason Holder

Holder batting at seven provides depth to Lucknow’s batting line-up. He also is a top-quality bowler who can bowl at any stage of the innings and pick up wickets. He is a quality finisher too.

Krishnappa Gowtham

Gowtham played in place of Manish Pandey in the playing XI against Delhi Capitals. He bowled a tidy spell of 1 for 23 from his four overs. He should keep his place in the XI given that he can tonk the ball well too apart from his off-spin.

Bishnoi will lead the spin attack and he has Krunal and Gowtham for company. Against Delhi, he picked up 2/22. So far in this IPL, the leggie has picked up four wickets from four games.

Andrew Tye

Tye is the second seamer in this Lucknow Super Giants line-up. He was roped in as Mark Wood’s replacement by the franchise and has been doing a good job. He bowled a spell of none for 28 in three overs against Delhi.

Avesh Khan

Avesh Khan completes Lucknow’s strong-looking predicted playing XI against Rajasthan Royals. The pacer has bowled well so far in the season and has picked up seven wickets from four games in IPL 2022. Against Delhi, he was expensive though going for 32 off his 3 overs.
