Ajay Jadeja, a former Indian batsman, encourages Virat Kohli to build on his half-century against the Gujarat Titans (GT) in RCB’s last IPL 2022 encounter. He encouraged the 33-year-old RCB player to turn his ‘tempo’ into big scores.
In the previous encounter against Gujarat, the former Bangalore skipper scored his first fifty of the IPL 2022 season. Before getting dismissed by Mohammed Shami, he scored 58 from 53 balls. The match ended with RCB losing by six wickets.

Kohli’s come back to prominence, according to Jadeja, promises well for RCB. However, he added:
“Now that Kohli has discovered his rhythm, he must turn it into big scores. He wasn’t able to achieve it before (score runs), so it’s a big change. I don’t see any such difficulties with Bangalore’s bat.”

“RCB have Faf du Plessis, Glenn Maxwell, Virat Kohli, and perhaps Rajat Patidar if they have a strong day with the bat.”
“I’d want to see Virat Kohli play a little more aggressively.”: Pragyan Ojha
Former Indian left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha spoke on Kohli’s comeback to the runs, saying the 33-year-old will need to increase his strike rate if he is bowling 50 balls or more. He stated, ”

“I’d like Virat Kohli to be a little more aggressive in his play. In the previous game, he gained some appearance. He would have been on 80-90 if he had played 50 balls at his best.
“If this occurs, people will just stop talking about how the team should be changed. Their pairing is excellent. For the time being, I don’t see any significant changes.”
The Royal Challengers Bangalore will face Chennai Super Kings for the second time in the Tata IPL this season in the forty-ninth encounter.
