The Rajasthan Royals (RR) opener Yashasvi Jaiswal was hit hard on his crotch off the delivery of Punjab Kings seamer Ishan Porel during the 32nd match of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 between Sanju Samson-led Rajasthan Royals ( RR) and KL Rahul-led Punjab Kings (PBKS) at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Tuesday, September 21.

Yashasvi Jaiswal alongside Evin Lewis provided an outstanding start to Rajasthan Royals (RR), the new opening duo of Indian youngster and West Indies veteran turned out to be a good option for RR. Both the batters looked amazing and added 54 runs during the powerplay. As Evin Lewis got out at the score of 36 against left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh.

Also just after that, the captain of RR lost his wicket on the first ball of the 8th over to Ishan Porel. Notably, KL Rahul was seen grabbing a stunning catch to dismiss his counterpart.

Yashasvi Jaiswal Gets Hit On His Crotch:

Meanwhile during the 8th over when Ishan Porel was bowling his spell Yashasvi Jaiswal was hit hard on the crotch. In the 4th delivery of the over Yashasvi Jaiswal cleared his leg out and tried to play pull shot through the square leg but he failed and the ball smashed on his crotch. Also after that blow, Yashasvi Jaiswal looked in serious discomfort and pain.

However, fortunately, things were not very bad and he was able to bat after that. Also, he was looking in great form and he crossed the 40 runs mark against a good Punjab Kings bowling unit at a strike rate of 150+.

Meanwhile, later Rajasthan Royals faced yet another blow after they lost destructive English batter Liam Livingstone, in the 12th over. The left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh was responsible for sending Liam Livingstone back to the pavilion at the score of 25.
