Indian Premier League (IPL) is set to witness its 14th edition as IPL 2021 will kickstart on April 9, 2021. In the first match at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians will take on each other. Mumbai Indians is led by Rohit Sharma while Virat Kohli is the captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore. A total of 60 matches will be played among 8 teams in IPL 2021. Chennai Super Kings vs Delhi Daredevils match at MA Chidambaram match was one of the exciting matches in IPL 2015. Chennai Super Kings batted first in the match and scored 150-7 with Dwayne Smith, Faf du Plessis, and MS Dhoni scoring in the thirties. Albie Morkel scored 73 runs for Delhi Daredevils but being short of support from other batsmen, he could not bag a victory for his team.

Delhi Capitals needed 19 off the final over. Albie Morkel hit 2 boundaries and a six in the final over bowled by Dwayne Bravo. On the final ball, Delhi needed 6 runs to win and Morkel managed to hit a four. He remained short of 1 run and CSK earned the victory.

Rajasthan Royals vs Kings XI Punjab (Sardar Patel Stadium, Ahmedabad)

Rajasthan Royals vs Kings XI Punjab match in IPL 2015 ended in a tie. Ajinkya Rahane scored 74 runs for Rajasthan Royals and took the scoreboard to 191-6 in 20 overs. Shane Watson also scored 45 runs for the team. Batting second, Shaun Marsh played a splendid knock of 65 runs while David Warner smashed a quickfire of 54 from 30 balls.

In the final ball, KXIP needed 5 runs to win. Axar Patel hit a four off James Faulkner delivery and the match went to the super over. Chris Morris bowled the super over for Rajasthan Royals. He gave away 15 runs after getting hit for three boundaries. Rajasthan Royals needed 16 to win in the super over. However, Mitchell Johnson dismissed Steve Smith on the 1st ball and James Faulkner was run-out on the third ball. Kings XI Punjab won the match in the super over.

Kolkata Knight Riders vs Kings XI Punjab (Eden Gardens, Kolkata)

Kings XI Punjab vs Kolkata Knight Riders match in IPL 2015 was another nail-biting encounter. Punjab batted first in the match and scored 183-5 in 20 overs. Manan Vohra and Wriddiman Saha scored 39 and 33 respectively and Glenn Maxwell smashed 43 runs off 22 balls in the end. David Miller also played a quickfire stroke of 27 off 11 balls.

With 184 as the target, Kolkata Knight Riders got some good knocks by Gautam Gambhir (24), Manish Pandey (22), and Yusuf Pathan (21). Andre Russell, who arrived at no.6 batting position, scored a fifty (51) off 21 balls. Kolkata Knight Riders were 176-7 in 19 overs and needed 8 runs off the final over.

Anureet Singh shocked KKR after taking 2 wickets in the over. On the last two balls, KKR needed 1 run to win while Punjab needed 1 wicket to tie the game. Sunil Narine managed to sneak a single with a leg bye and KKR won the match by just 1 wicket.
