IPL 2023 will again witness a battle among 10 teams. They are Chennai Super Kings, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Mumbai Indians, Gujarat Titans, Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Capitals, Punjab Kings, Lucknow Super Giants, and Gujarat Titans.

Gujarat Titans are the defending champions of IPL 2023. The Hardik Pandya-led side won the title last season after defeating Rajasthan Royals in the final. Gujarat Titans are one of the two new franchises and won the title in their first-ever season itself.

In December 2022, the IPL auction 2023  took place and all the franchises bought some powerful players in their squads. Sam Curran was the most expensive player in the auction after Punjab Kings bought the English all-rounder for Rs. 18.50 crores.

Cameron Green at 17.5 crores (Mumbai Indians), Ben Stokes at Rs. 16.25 crores (Chennai Super Kings, Nicholas Pooran at Rs. 16 crores), and Harry Brook at Rs. 13.25 crores (Sunrisers Hyderabad) were some other top buys of IPL 2023 auction.

Indian Premier League 2023 is expected to witness more games than last season as the tournament is expected to be played in a double-robin format. Hence, the league will take place at different venues across the country unlike the last season, when all games were played in Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad.

Indian Premier League 2023 schedule is yet to be announced. BCCI is expected to announce the schedule in March. The tournament is expected to be played during April-May 2023 window.

Fans can buy tickets for Indian Premier League 2023 matches at apps like Book My Show and Paytm. The tickets will be available one or two weeks ahead of the tournament.

Star Sports Network is the official broadcaster of IPL 2023 in India. Hence, all the matches of the Indian Premier League 2023 will be live telecast on Star Sports Channels. Viacom 18 has digital rights for the tournament. Hence, the live streaming of the matches will be available on the Jio TV app.

Times Internet and Viacom 18 have the right to broadcast the tournament in countries outside India. Hence, Times Internet and Viacom 18 will present the live telecast and live streaming of the matches in countries outside India.
