South Africa is set to clash with India in the 2nd ODI of the ongoing series. IND vs SA 2nd ODI is scheduled to be played on October 9 (Sunday) at JSCA International Stadium in Ranchi. Temba Bavuma is the skipper of South Africa in the IND vs SA ODI series.

Janneman Malan might be another opener for the team in IND vs SA 2nd ODI. He scored 22 runs in the 1st ODI along with an opening stand of 49 runs for the 1st wicket. Malan is a hard-hitting batsman and he will aim to smash more runs in the next game.

Temba Bavuma is the captain of South Africa in the IND vs SA ODI series and will lead the team in the next match as well. The right-handed batsman could score only 8 runs in the last match. Bavuma is facing a poor batting form which was seen in the T20I series as well. In the next game, he will look to get his form back.

Aiden Markram might be a middle-order batsman for South Africa in the 2nd ODI. The right-handed batsman got a miserable start to the ODI series as he got out for a duck in the 1st ODI. He will aim to come up with a better show in the next match. Markram showed good form in the previous T20I series.

Heinrich Klaasen might be another middle-order batsman for South Africa in the 2nd ODI against India. The right-handed batsman emerged as the star of the 1st ODI. He smacked unbeaten 74 runs with 6 sixes to win the man of the match award. Klaasen will aim for another good show in the next match.

David Miller
