Bairstow can solve the top-order woes for RCB whatever it was in IPL 2022. He can open the batting alongside Faf du Plessis allowing Virat Kohli to bat at his usual number three position. Bairstow can bat with his aggressive intent which can be hugely beneficial for RCB. Both he and Kohli had a tiff off in the Edgbaston Test which according to Bairstow was “literally nothing.”

Liam Livingstone

Livingstone can be an ideal backup for Glenn Maxwell for the all-rounder’s role. In his first full season in the IPL, he scored over 437 and also bowled a few good overs. He hit 34 sixes in the season as well. A player of Livingstone’s ability can certainly be a huge bonus for any team and RCB which has historically been a batting-heavy side would hugely benefit from him.

Sandeep Sharma

Sandeep has dismissed Virat Kohli probably the most times in the IPL. Punjab Kings despite picking him up in the mega auction, did not give him too many games. With his ability to swing the ball, he can certainly be a massive addition for the side. Alongside Harshal Patel, Mohammed Siraj and Josh Hazlewood, Sandeep can form a good pace bowling quartet.
