India vs Bangladesh 2022 1st ODI, Dhaka
Bangladesh stunned India by beating them in the first ODI by one wicket in Dhaka. It was a low-scoring thriller with India being bowled out for 186. KL Rahul anchored the innings with his 73 off 70 balls. Shakib Al Hasan took five for 36 with the ball as seven Indian batters including Virat Kohli scored in single digits.
Bangladesh found a new hero in Mehidy Hasan Miraz who scored an unbeaten 38 off 39 balls and along with Mustafizur Rahman (11*) scored the last 50 runs. It was one of Bangladesh’s most memorable wins against India in the format.

India vs Bangladesh 2022 2nd ODI, Dhaka
Mehidy Hasan once again stood out for Bangladesh scoring his maiden ODI ton and taking his side to a competitive 271/7 in 50 overs. He found a partner in Mahmudullah (77) as the duo added 148 runs with the team struggling at one point at 69/6. The Indian bowlers once again failed to bowl out the opposition tailenders who came back to hit them hard.
With the ball, Ebadot Hossain took 3 for 45 as he restricted the Indian batters from getting to the target. Shreyas Iyer (82)and Axar Patel (56) kept India in the hunt. At last, an injured Rohit Sharma came out to bat at number nine and despite him scoring an unbeaten 51 could not win the game for India.
India vs England 2022 2nd ODI, Lord’s
This was another low-scoring affair with the Indian batters failing to score 247 to win the 2nd game of the three-match series against England. England’s middle and lower order contributed after the top order was dismissed cheaply. Liam Livingstone scored 33 while Moeen Ali (47) and David Willey (41) scored crucial runs in the lower order. This was after the top-order of Jason Roy (23), Jonny Bairstow (38) Joe Root (11), and Ban Stokes (21) could not give their team a good start.
Reece Topley’s 6 for 24 decimated the Indian batting lineup as they were bowled out for 146 losing the game by a mammoth 100-run margin. Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja scored 29 each after the top order was cleaned up in quick succession.
