“We keep talking about wicket taking luck. I don’t think that there is a wicket-taking luck, it’s gone for a too long. Shardul Thakur is a guy who bowls instinctively and gets wickets, somewhere that there is a brain ticking, this is where you need to be, so he is one bowler who will always get you wickets,” said Sanjay Manjrekar.

“But if it becomes the game of attrition then they are at the premium, you got to use him carefully.
