England all-rounder, Ben Stokes pouched a spectacular catch of Team India opener Shikhar Dhawan showing him the way towards the pavilion on the bowling of James Anderson.

Meanwhile, the visitors didn’t take much time to overhaul the tail in the morning session. England managed to add only 12 runs from their overnight score to post a target of 245 runs. Mohammed Shami dismissed Stuart Broad while Sam Curran departed courtesy a run-out.

KL Rahul was struggling to get going and thus departed after a seven-ball duck. He couldn’t have done much with the length delivery.

However, there was a thin edge on the bat, but then it touched the toe and rolled over the stumps. Meanwhile, Shikhar Dhawan also failed to stand in the pitch for a long time as Stoke takes a terrific catch in gully region.

However, India loses their third wicket in the nick of time. And now they are in big trouble. They lost their top order batsmen failing to provide runs for their team. Broad picks up the first wicket of KL Rahul where he fails to pick up the delivery and got bowled out.

Besides, Anderson picks up his first wicket while getting Pujara as LBW. He bagged two wickets by picking up the wicket of Shikhar Dhawan.

Moreover, it was a perfect delivery outside the off stumps and an ideal line and length from Andrson. Shikhar Dhawan dragged himself forward, and missed a couple of edges and gets a thick edge off his bat. The ball flew towards the gully area and Stokes did rest of the work.

Shikhar Dhawan scored 17 runs off 29 balls while smashing three boundaries. India needs to build up yet another partnership to stay alive into the series against England. On the other side, Ben Stokes is yet to bowl extended innings.
