Rajasthan Royals take on Mumbai Indians in match 44 of IPL 2022 at the DY Patil Stadium on April 30. The match starts at 7.30 pm IST. The Royals beat Mumbai in the first fame between the two sides and have the upper hand in the reverse fixture as well. RR ned to more wins to seal a playoff berth this season.

Buttler had a rare failure with the bat this season against RCB scoring just nine of 8 balls. He is already on 499 runs for the season and is looking to cross the 500 mark in the next game. He has hit three hundreds and two fifties this season so far.

Devdutt Padikkal

Padikkal has been a good opening partner for Buttler. Though both of them failed against RCB, the southpaw has been the perfect foil to Buttler who has given quick starts almost in every game. Butter and Padikkal will continue as openers.

Sanju Samson

Samson looked good for the 27 that he scored against RCB Just when he needed to stay longer for his side, he lost his wicket. He has been below par in this season so far and would like to contribute more substantially.

Parag notched up his maiden IPL fifty against RCB in the IPL. He looked good with the bat and took a handful of catches in the field. Rajasthan Royals will continue to have faith in the youngster. He will slot in at number five.

Shimron Hetmyer

The West Indian batsman has been the designated finisher for the side. He has done well in almost all the games barring the last one where batsmen from both sides struggled. Hetmyer will slot in at number six.

Ravichandran Ashwin

Ashwin will be one of the two spinners in the Rajasthan Royals playing XI. Though he has not taken too many wickets, he has managed to slow the scoring of the opposition which has allowed Chahal to pick wickets from the other end. Ashwin took three against RCB.

Trent Boult

Boult will lead the Royals’ bowling attack. Against RCB, he took went wicketless but created pressure from one end which allowed the other bowlers to take wickets. So far in the IPL, Boult has taken seven wickets from seven games.

Prasidh Krishna

Prasidh Krishna took two for 23 against RCB. He has been a much-improved bowler since joining Rajasthan Royals. He took two for 23 against Bangalore and so far in the IPL, he has taken 10 wickets from 8 games.

Yuzvendra Chahal

Chahal has taken 18 wickets so far in the season. Against his former club, he had a wicketless spell of 4/23. He has been very accurate this season ad has made the right strides towards making an India comeback for the T20 World Cup.

Kuldeep Sen

Kuldeep will complete Rajasthan Royals predicted playing XI against Mumbai Indians. He took 4/20 against RCB, his career-best figures in the IPL so far.
