IND vs SL: "No Problems With Any Colleague Or Anyone"- Ravichandran Ashwin's Big Remark After Test Series Win Against Bangladesh

Ravichandran Ashwin made a big statement and clarified a few rumors that made headlines for a long time by his own admission. The veteran Indian cricketer scored an unbeaten 42 and played a big role in helping India win the second Test in Dhaka. India completed a 2-0 series win and is still alive in WTC final race. 

Ravichandran Ashwin and Shreyas Iyer (29*) added an unbeaten 71-run stand to take India over the line. This was after India were in a precarious position at 74/7 early morning on day 4. Rishabh Pant who played a crucial knock alongside Iyer in the first innings was also dismissed for 9.

From there on, Ashwin and Iyer kept a cool head and weathered the initial challenge from the Bangladesh spinners. Needing 16 to win, Ashwin hit Mehidy Hasan for two fours and a six to win the game for India. 

India have consolidated their second position on the WTC points table after the win. They now have 99 points from 14 matches with a percentage point of 58.93, the second-best among the top nine teams.

Ashwin took to Twitter after India’s Test series win and made a huge revelation. He clarified that he had no problems with any of his current colleagues in the Indian team. He captioned his tweet as a ‘disclaimer’ to clarify the same.

The Indian spinner will be a crucial player when India hosts Australia for a four-Test match series at home next year. The series will mark the end of the 2021-23 WTC cycle.
