Veteran India off-spinner, Harbhajan Singh was all smiles after looking at India’s performance in the first session of Day 2 of the ongoing Test match in Chennai. Harbhajan was in a jolly mood as he took a dig at English cricketer-turned-commentator, Isa Guha.

Ahead of the start of the play on the second day, Guha, who picked 148 wickets for England, had predicted England to score over 200 runs in their first innings.

But things are looking far away from Guha’s predicted score as India has the visitors 4 down for the score of 39 by lunch.

After an assault from Rishabh Pant, who remained unbeaten on 58, the hosts were bowled out for 329, a total which now seems a match-winning one considering the deterioration of the pitch and the turn and the bounce it is offering.

Ishant Sharma gave Rory Burns his second duck in a row while R Ashwin had Dom Sibley caught by Virat Kohli as both England openers were back at the score of 16.

But, it was Axar Patel, making his debut, who got the big wicket of England skipper, Joe Root. The right-hander top-edged an attempted sweep – the shot he played prodigiously in the first Test – to Ashwin at short fine leg.

As Daniel Lawrence and Ben Stokes were looking to build a partnership, on the last before lunch, Ashwin dismissed Lawrence caught by Shubman Gill at short leg as the right-hander inside-edged a forward defence.

It was former Australian great, Shane Warne who took to Twitter to make his predictions about how things could pan out on Day 2 in Chennai on Sunday. Warne predicted for India to be bowled out at the score of 359 – they got dismissed 30 runs before that – and the leg-spinner had England to be all-out by Tea for about a total of 157.

Former pacer, Isa Guha had other ideas as she felt the visitors will go past 200 – but still plenty far from India’s first innings score.

However, Harbhajan Singh, excited looking at England already 4 down and with their captain also gone, trolled Guha; the 40-year-old concurred with Guha’s thought of England making more than 200, but combined in both innings! This had the netizens in splits as Guha could only respond with a shocked emoji.
