Given his record for Sunrisers Hyderabad, Jonny Bairstow will be one of the most sort out wicketkeepers in the upcoming mega auction. That he opens the batting as well makes him an even vital player given the team combinations is concerned. He is expected to be sold big and a few franchises might start a bidding war to get his services.

Quinton De Kock

The South African keeper-batsman is another player for whom teams can break their bank. De Kock has played for several franchises in the IPL and for all of them was the first-choice keeper. Apart from keeping, he opens the batting as well which increased his utility manifold. He can be sold for upto 8 to 10 crores.

Kishan is a pocket-size dynamite. He has proved his mettle as a cricketer playing for Mumbai Indians in the IPL. His success with the franchise paved the path to his international debut for India. Mumbai released him ahead of the mega auction. He was also not among the draft picks for the two new teams. He can be a good wicketkeeping option for various teams. It will be interesting to see if Mumbai Indias manage to buy him back.

Nicholas Pooran

Pooran played a few cameos for Punjab Kings in the IPL in 2020 and 2021. He was released by the franchise ahead of the next auction. The West Indies keeper-batsman has promised more than delivered in the IPL. Given his inconsistent performances, it will be interesting to see if the franchisees invest in him. However, on the flip side, his reputation might influence the team owners to buy him at a higher price.

Carey was with Delhi Capitals in IPL 2021. Due to the presence of Rishabh Pant, he hardly got a few games for the franchise. However, the IPL 2022 mega auction, gives the franchises a chance to rope him in. He has also played in the BBL consistently well to make a rep=utaion for himself.
